This month is Stress Awareness Month and I would love to share 5 top tips from our FHT President, Mary Dalgleish: Self-help techniques to boost your health and well-being at home. It is so important now, more than ever, to manage stress and anxiety levels and all of the above will be of benefit. Have you any other tips that you would like to share that really help you relax? On a personal level I am finding regular yoga with Georgie at Bright Blue Yoga really beneficial alongside a regular zoom meditation with Elaine on Friday mornings. Both come highly recommended so do have a look at their websites and join in with the sessions if you would like that extra bit of support right now.
