Supporting Local Carers

I am pleased to have been mentioned in the Carers' News Update mailshot -

Here is a copy of the article and if you know anyone that is a Carer and based in and around Bath please do let them know about this special offer for carers.

World Reflexology Week: Special Offer For Carers

21 - 27 September 2015 is World Reflexology Week and your friendly, local reflexologist Anne-Marie, from Rose Holistic Treatments is visiting Bath Carers' Centre on Thursday 24 September 2015 between 9am and 1pm to offer taster sessions of reflexology.

Reflexology is a popular and relaxing holistic treatment based on the principle that reflex points on the soles, tops and sides of the feet are connected to corresponding areas throughout the body. In this way, the feet can be seen as a "map" of the body.

What To Expect During A Taster Session Please wear loose, comfortable clothing, ideally loose trousers. You will lie on a massage couch and be covered with a fluffy throw, with both feet accessible. Once comfortable and relaxed, both feet are cleansed, moisturised and wrapped in a soft towel.

Then by applying specialised massage techniques to specific reflex points on the soles of the feet, the aim is to help restore balance to the body and improve overall well-being. The session finishes with a relaxing foot/leg massage.

How To Book Simply call Anne-Marie on 07860 559184. Please allow half an hour for your appointment session for a brief consultation and 20 minutes hands-on reflexology. Payment of £10 can be made on the day.

Please feel free to call me if you have any questions! Alternatively please email roseholistictreatments@gmail.com

Please note that the reflexology sessions will take place on the first floor of the Bath Carers' Centre.

Simply contact us through this website or Freephone 0800 0388 885. All our services are free, and we will make sure you get the right help, advice and support to make caring a little easier.
