What is reflexology? Foot reflexology is a very detailed, intensely relaxing and luxurious massage of the feet and lower legs.
Reflexology provides deep relaxation to all parts of the body through stimulation of the corresponding reflex points on the feet (see foot map). Because each foot has over 7,200 nerve endings a thorough massage of the feet relaxes the entire body. It is a wonderful alternative to having a full body massage or for a boost when time is short. Even a short session relaxes my clients, with most of my clients falling into deep relaxation within the first 5 minutes of their session.
