I will shortly be able to offer hot stone massages. This is a wonderfully relaxing treatment, with the heat of the hot stones relaxing tense muscles, allowing access to deeper layers of muscle tissue.

Combining a hot stone treatment with a massage provides a very healing and effective experience. The hot stones expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body. The hot stones also have a sedative effect that may relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.

Benefits may include:

• relief from pain associated with fibromyalgia, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome and other chronic conditions

• decrease in pain and muscle spasms

• a reduction in chronic stress and tension
