We are living in very different times - who would have expected to even be considering wearing a face mask? I definitely didn't! However recent government guidance is that face coverings are mandatory in shops from 24 July and on public transport.
You can make your own and their is a guide "How to wear and make a cloth face covering".
Or you could simply do what I did and order a ready made face mask! I love my mask from Angela at Angela Hyde Couture and have put some images of the masks below.
The face masks are made in 100% cotton and double layered with adjustable elastic ear loops and an adjustable nose clip for a good fit. They also include a filter pocket (filter not included). There is a the option of a Standard Adult Size or a Small Size. When they are flat they measure approximately 7.5 inches across and 4 inches deep. When the face mask is opened up is it approximately 6.5 inches deep. The cost for each mask is £12, which includes free UK postage or can be safely collected from Longwell Green, Bristol.
